The Pakistan tour of the 1st annual Cricket World Cup trophy to be held in India was scheduled for the last week of July and the first week of August, but it was postponed.



The ICC Cricket World Cup will be played in India from October 5, before the event, the traditional trophy tour was started in late June.

As per the initial schedule, the trophy was supposed to visit Pakistan from July 31 to August 4, but the tour was postponed.

Now PCB and ICC are working together on a new schedule according to which the World Cup trophy will be brought here during the Pakistan League in the Asia Cup.

The Asia Cup matches in Pakistan will be played between August 31 and September 6.

ICC and PCB are finalizing the arrangements for the Pakistan tour of the World Cup Trophy and the final schedule will be released soon.

It should be noted that the ICC World Cup trophy is currently in Bangladesh.
