Pakistan's possible playing XI for the first ODI match against Afghanistan has come out.
According to the sources, the Pakistan team has decided to go to the field with full strength in the first match, it has also been decided to adopt a rotation policy during the series.
According to the sources, the possible playing XI will include captain Babar Azam, Fakhar Zaman and Imamul Haq Shamal along with Mohammad Rizwan, Salman Ali Agha, Iftikhar Ahmed and Shadab Khan.
Apart from this, Shaheen Afridi, Osama Mir, Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf will also be part of the possible playing XI. Pakistan also has the option of Mohammad Nawaz for the playing XI.
Earlier, captain Babar Azam had asked to give a chance to all the players in the press conference.
It should be noted that the first match of the three ODI series between Pakistan and Afghanistan will be played today in Hambantota, Sri Lanka.
The match will start today at 2:30 pm Pakistan time, the second match between the two teams will be played on August 24 at the same venue while the third and final match will be played on August 26 in Colombo.
A 0-3 victory in the ODI series against Afghanistan will make Pakistan the number one ODI team again.
